Dr Zsuzsanna Török, sociologist and jurist, free-lance. Hungarian, living in Germany. Long practice in the field of social policy in Budapest, Hungary. Starting this practice in mental aid work, than changing to the public administration – first at municipal, later at central (state) level. Bringing and implementing the new idea of the productive social policy which she is deeply committed to: i.e. to empower and to build upon the personal capacities (the „talents”) instead of passive granting. Free-lance from 2008 on, working in different projects: advising and training unemployed people, lecturing, managing projects, program officer. Working as an expert in two international equal opportunity projects of EZA (Europäische Zentrum für Arbeitnehmerfagen).
